Place the item in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep a copy of your tracking number.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
